2^nd Shurland Rainbows – Celebrating their 25^th Birthday

2^nd Shurland Rainbows are 25  year old and to mark the occasion they are celebrating at Friendship House on 12^th November from 2.30 pm – 4.30 pm.

 

They would like to invite anyone who has a connection to the group, especially those who were Rainbows, Guiders or Young Leaders to come along and share their memories.

To keep the younger members occupied there will be face painting and a magician together with refreshments for everyone.

The original Rainbows will now be in their early 30’s, some with children (even possibly Rainbows) of their own, and they are welcome to bring along their own children to celebrate with us.

Parents are welcome to stay with younger members.

Meetings were originally held after school on Wednesdays in The Methodist Hall Minster and then moved to Friendship House when the Methodist Hall closed.  The unit is still thriving and they continue to meet every Wednesday after school.
