Aldi Stores Subject to Facebook Hoax

Supermarket chain Aldi have put Potential customers on alert after a fake “40% off Aldi Voucher” had been circulated on social media.

This is the image that has sparked the Response, seen being shared on Quite a few facebook pages.

Aldi which have stores in Sheerness and Sittingbourne and who are currently Building a Distribution Warehouse at Neats Court Queenborough, said in a statement on their official Facebook page AldiUK.

 

We have been notified that there is a hoax 40% off Aldi voucher being circulated online.

Please be aware that this post is fraudulent and cannot be redeemed in our stores. We strongly advise that you do not complete any personal details or enter the competition that is running as part of claiming the voucher.

Be careful when viewing “Deals” on social media, and if in doubt contact the retailer directly, if a deal seems too good to be true, then it is probably a scam.
