Appeal for information after assault reported in Sheerness
Officers investigating a serious assault in Sheerness are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
At 12.44am on Saturday 28 May Kent Police received a report stating two men had been assaulted by a group of four men in an alleyway off Sheerness High Street.
A man in his 20s was taken to a local hospital with what is reported to be severe facial injuries. A man in his 50s was also taken to hospital with injuries that are not reported to be serious.
The alleyway is reported to be between a small supermarket and a newsagent.
The identities of the other four men reported to be involved in this incident are currently unknown.

Why they not just say the alley next to the co-op?
