Burglary arrests as Operation Castle continues

 

A number of arrests linked to break-ins across Medway, Swale and north Kent have been made as Kent Police’s annual burglary campaign continues.

Operation Castle launched on Monday 31 October 2016 and will run until Friday 13 January 2017.

There is typically an increase in the number of burglaries committed at this time of year, mostly due to the evenings getting longer.

Officers are taking further robust action to clamp down on criminals throughout the course of the campaign, and are also taking the opportunity to remind people of the simple measures they can take to keep their homes secure.
