Swale Film Society presents I, DANIEL BLAKE (2016) Friday 24th February @swalefilmsoc

DESCRIPTION

Come and join us for this very special screening of I, Daniel Blake (2016) ahead of its national DVD release.

Ken Loach’s drama about a middle-aged carpenter recovering from a heart attack and trying to navigate the benefits system has already made a big impact. The film is a strong and moving piece, portraying people who are living and suffering in our country right now. It really is a must-see!

I, Daniel Blake has been highly acclaimed and has won the following awards:
