incidents from HM Coastguard Sheppey this week

Sunday 22^nd – three incidents where Sheppey Coastguard were in attendance:

1. Assisting Medway Coastguard and Kent Police in the search for a possible missing person last seen on Medway bride. Suspected that the individual had jumped from the bridge. Helicopter and RNLI also assisting in the search.
2. Report of ordnance on the beach at Minster – no further info and possible on-going incident today.
3. Assisted the RNLI in the recovery of a broken down vessel in the Medway. The Coastguards met the occupants at the Queenborough All Tide Landing.
