Ideas Test are launching an exciting new project, Creative Job Club, with a Free Launch Event on Saturday 4th March at No34 in Sittingbourne.

Creative Job Club won an award from NatWest’s Skills and Opportunities Fund to run a programme that gives a group of ten young people from Swale a chance to work in the fast-growing digital and creative industries.

There’s no obligation to sign up on the day, but it’s a great way to find out more about what’s out there for you.

From 2pm til 6pm you can meet industry leaders, young entrepreneurs and people just starting out in digital.

We’ll have the full story, from what to study to get into the business, how to reach those dream employers, and even what kind of skills you’ll need for the future.

Programme For The Day

2pm: Doors open

2.30pm: Talks from

  • Jim Byford, VR producer and Maker
  • David Allistone, Artist, maker, and brand mashup expert
  • Kevin Grist from Sparked Echo, talking about a new music project with Ideas Test called Disquiet, and music careers

3.20pm: 10 minute Q&A

3.30pm Break with refreshments

4.00pm Talks from

  • Zoe Cairns from ZC Media, social media expert
  • Adam Henderson from Kent Collective and future skills expert

5.00pm Q&A with Zoe, Adam and Sittingbourne designer, Leese Johnston

6.00pm Finish

There’s no need to book, just turn up from 2pm until 6pm.
