Promenade at the Bandstand on Leysdown Spinney

July 22 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

22 July at 13:00–16:00 Sheppey Promenade, Big Fish Arts and Leysdown Parish Council are pleased to announce Promenade at the Band Stand.

1.00 pm The Yukele Band will perform a selection of old fashioned sea side music.

2.00 pm Big Fish Arts will perform their Dutch in the Medway re-enactment celebrating 350 years since the last Invasion of Sheppey.

2.30 pm The UK Paper Silver Band will give us a taste of a brass band in the park with many famous tunes from the lovely bandstand.

Beautiful Creatures Theatre will be performing Rat-Choc-Chip during the interval and before / after the Silver Band.

Is there something moving in the chocolate chips? Can you hear a squeak from the rainbow sprinkles? Are those little footprints in the raspberry swirl? Everyone loves an ice cream, so queue up at the Rat Choc Chip ice cream cart for a tail of the unexpected and a double scoop with a furry surprise. Can you tell the difference between chocolate sprinkles and well, let’s just say, little rodent ‘gifts’?’gifts’?
