BRFM Kent Police are investigating a reported assault in Minster-on-Sea.

At around 8pm on Saturday 24th June 2017, it is reported that a man in his 40’s was assaulted by another man while walking across the car park area of The Playa public house in The Leas.
The victim fell to the floor and lost consciousness. His injuries are described as cuts, bruising and a chipped tooth and he was taken to a local hospital for medical attention.
A 25-year-old local man was arrested on Monday 26 June on suspicion of assault and remains in police custody.
