Service Coordinator – City Automation
A Sittingbourne company are seeking a dynamic, eager and confident individual for a position with their firm. As a Service Coordinator you will be the liaison point between the customer, supplier and engineer, responsible for coordinating all aspects of the service to ensure they provide a high quality of service to the customers.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate initiative and common sense but also be able to follow procedure. You will be dealing with queries relating to existing and potential work and you will be able to recognise and action problems and escalate when necessary. A high level of attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities include: answering calls, dealing with queries and enquiries, organisation of engineering diary by logging, arranging and distributing call outs, organise and arrange sub-contractors, ordering of relevant equipment, providing quotations, risk assessments and method statements, creation of job packs and Updating and produce reports on your role responsibilities.

This is a full time position. Hours 8.30am to 5pm. Salary £18000.00. Training will be given to expand knowledge where applicable.

Labourer / Gateman –
A Queenborough based firm are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Labourer / Gateman. The Successful candidate must have valid CSCS card, full PPE and a minimum of 2 working references as well as the right to work in the UK to fill this short term project in Queenborough. Roles include manning the gate of a busy construction site that you will be required to monitor and check in all site traffic and visitors.
