Part Time Administrator  – £7.50 Per Hour (Sittingbourne)

Based in the Sittingbourne area, you need to be an experienced individual to work in an administration role within a small office environment.

You will be processing information on the IT system and taking room bookings. You will also be dealing with various queries both on the phone and face-to-face.

You will need to have previous office based experience and be IT literate with good customer handling skills.

Hours of work are 8am-4.30pm Mondays, 8am-2.30pm Wednesdays and 8am-1.30pm Fridays.

This is a temporary role with an immediate start.

Supporter Services Administrator – Part Time (£14,430 Per Year) (Sittingbourne)

Demelza Kent Hospice are looking for an administrator to join the Supporter Services team to undertake income processing and provide support to the team.
You will be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels. Your methodical approach to working will mean you are able to work to deadlines and adapt accordingly to workload.
You must have good computer skills and be able to manage a changing workload and prioritise tasks. You will have experience in using Microsoft applications. Experience of customer service and using databases is desirable.
