BRFM M2 road crash

01-08-2017 Kent Fire and Rescue Service responded to reports of a vehicle fire on the M2 London-bound, between junction 6 (Faversham) and junction 5 (Sittingbourne). Firefighters were called just before 7pm. They arrived on the scene to find a crash involving four cars. There was also a small amount of smoke coming from a car battery but no fire. one of No one was trapped and fire crews left the scene around 7.25pm. South East Coast Ambulance Service was also at the scene.
