Man arrested for several burglaries in Kent

Detectives investigating a number of burglaries across Kent have arrested a man.

 

The 25-year-old of no fixed address, was arrested at 6.55pm on Sunday 3 September 2017 on suspicion of burglary in Bush Avenue, Ramsgate.

 

He was also arrested on suspicion of a further five burglary offences reported in Sittingbourne, Faversham and Gillingham. Officers have also arrested him on suspicion of common assault in Sittingbourne and two incidents of theft in Ramsgate.

 

The further incidents are reported to have happened between Tuesday 6 June 2017 and Monday 14 August 2017.

 

Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incidents are ongoing and the man remains in custody at this time.
