Hollybush Farm Caravan Park is located in a prime position just outside the village of Minster and about a mile from Golden Leas. It is less than an hour’s drive from London and yet offers a truly peaceful existence in a lovely location with outstanding views over the Thames Estuary and open countryside

All caravan bases are aligned to face the views and enjoy the sun. Spacing between caravan bases is very generous and many of our customers have had balconies installed where they can relax and watch the views and enjoy a glass of wine or two!

There are some excellent walks on public footpaths both along the coast and inland from Hollybush Farm.

Estuary View Caravan Park is located just outside the village of Minster and next door to Golden Leas. It is less than an hour’s drive from London and yet it offers a truly peaceful existence in a lovely location with views over the Thames Estuary.

Exclusively for the over 50s and with its own separate entrance with electrically operated gates, Estuary View is a prestigious development of only 17 static caravan bases, each with its own dedicated car parking space. A ten month holiday occupancy license from 1st March to 2nd January each year is included as standard. Estuary View is separate from Golden Leas but it is located right next door, so caravan owners at Estuary View can easily walk to Golden Leas and are entitled to use all our facilities including the clubhouse and swimming pools.

Our only fully residential park is Pear Tree Farm. Like Estuary View, it is right next door to Golden Leas, with a separate entrance but the freedom to use all the site’s facilities.

Pear Tree Farm is very popular and we currently have full occupancy with no vacancies for new residents.
