A2 West Street, Sittingbourne Closed overnight.
An overnight closure of part of a busy route in Sittingbourne will be closed until 7am tomorrow (Tuesday).
A section of the A2 West Street in Sittingbourne will be closed West bound (London Bound) from 7pm tonight until 7am on Tuesday for essential carriageway repairs to the junction of Ufton Lane.
A diversion route is in place for heavy goods & large vehicles via A2 St. Michaels Road, Crown Quay Lane, Euro Link Way, Mill Way, St Paul’s Street, Staplehurst Road, Sheppey Way, Key Steet & London Road.
Back streets around the closure are experiencing large amounts of traffic as drivers find their way around the closure.
