Vehicle fire at industrial site in Kemsley

28-11-2017 Firefighters attended a fire involving a loading vehicle that had stread to a large quantity of waste paper outside a factory in Ridham Avenue, Kemsley, Sittingbourne. Crews worked with onsite staff to extinguish the vehicle fire and put of the waste paper fire, using 2 jets, a ground monitor and 3 onsite hydrants. There were no reported injuries and the cause is not yet known.
