Come along to an informal workshop with artist Shona Illingworth, animator Peter Knight, poet Deke Dobson and sound designer Charlie Fleming to create a collective 8-minute film that explores Visions of the Future. What does the future look like to you? Have any major events changed your vision of the future? You can choose to work on the film through poetry, spoken word, text, image or animation, depending on your interests. You can bring along any poems, photographs or objects you have created or selected in response to the theme of Visions of the Future to the workshop but this is not essential.
Please invite your friends and family to join you onboard LV21 after the workshop for the premier screening of the newly created film accompanied by participants’ spoken word performances and a screening of Shona Illingworth’s short film 216 Westbound.
