Witness appeal following assault in Warden Bay

A man from Essex has been charged following an assault which took place in the area of Jetty Road, Warden, between 10.15pm and 10.30pm on Monday 23 January 2017.
A 25-year-old man from Romford, Essex, has been charged with attempted murder, possession of a blade and aggravated vehicle taking. He has been remanded in custody.
The victim, a man in his 50’s from Leysdown on Sea, sustained injuries to his chest during the incident which are consistent with a stab wound.
He was taken to a London hospital for treatment and his injuries are not reported to be life threatening.

Well it happened in WARDEN not Sheerness. I know Royal Mail seem to think that Warden is a subset of Sheerness – but it isn’t – they’re opposite ends of the island !
