Witness Appeal – Serious Collision on the A249

Kent Police is appealing for witnesses to a collision on the A249 near Stockbury.

 

At around 8.10pm on Saturday 30 September 2017, a collision involving a Suzuki Alto and a VW Golf happened on the Maidstone-bound carriageway of the A249 at the junction for Hucking.

 

Officers, South East Coast Ambulance Service and the air ambulance attended the scene where four men received treatment for serious injuries.

 

Three were taken to a London hospital for further medical attention and one was taken to a local hospital. A fifth man was taken to a local hospital with injuries that are described as minor.

 

Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are investigating the incident and are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen the vehicles immediately before or during the collision, or who have dashcam footage to get in contact.
