Officers appeal after man injured in Sheerness collision

 

Officers are appealing for information after a man was injured in a collision in Sheerness.

 

At 7.04pm on Wednesday 13 July Kent Police were called to a report of a collision between a vehicle and a man in St Helen’s Road, Sheerness.

 

Officers attended along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and a man in his forties was taken to a local hospital to be treated for serious injuries.

 

It is believed the vehicle, which has been described as a dark coloured 4×4 type vehicle, did not stop following the collision.

 

Officers believe it is possible that the vehicle may have damage to the windscreen.
