Tara Hughes Back on BRFM

Tuesday 13th March from 2pm with Les in the Afternoon

Tuesday afternoon sees the return of Tara Hughes on BRFM.  She will be interviewing with our very own Les in the afternoon about her business she has set up.  You will recognize her from Facebook posts and the Local Newspapers.

Tara set up a woman’s only bootcamp on the Island and from the offset it has been very popular with the women of Sheppey.  Along with the fitness Tara has produced her own brand of sportswear which you can purchase from her.

Listen in to Tara and Les Tuesday 13th March from 2pm and hear from her what she went through and how she came about setting up her own business.  She will also give you details on how you can get involved with Panthera Active Bootcamp.
