Saturday 30th April – 2 incidents on this day:
Sheppey Coastguards were called to a man getting cut off by the tide at Minster Leas. He was fishing on a sand bank. He was able to make it back to shore safely.
Person seen in the water between Seasalter and Shellness. Whitstable lifeboat , Herne Bay and Sheppey Coastguard teams tasks to search area. No person found. However, 2 jet skis were found aground and re-floated by lifeboat.
