Witness appeal after assault in Leysdown

Officers investigating an assault in Leysdown are appealing for witnesses.

Kent Police was called to a report that an altercation had taken place between a group of men inside The Talk of the Town and by the sea wall, in The Promenade, at 9.05pm on Saturday 8 April 2017.
Crews from the South East Coast Ambulance Service also attended and two men were taken to a London hospital for treatment to injuries which are consistent with stab wounds.
These injuries are not reported to be life-threatening.
A further two men sustained facial injuries but did not require hospital treatment.
At present no arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
