Monday 29th August

At 1915hrs – Sheppey Coastguards were tasked to Minster Leas following a report of a person cut off by the tide. On arrival it was ascertained that the person had made it to shore unaided.

Sunday 4th d September

At 0530hrs – Sheppey Coastguards were tasked to Sheerness Lifeboat station to meet the crew of a catamaran (recovered by the lifeboat) which had gone aground near Queenborough.

At 1600hrs – Sheppey Coastguards were tasked to Minster to prepare a helicopter landing site in order for two persons to be landed. They had been retrieved from a boat in the estuary (more details from Scott Cruickshank on 07792 934 455).

At 1645hrs – Following on from the incident above they were tasked to assist Medway Coastguards with a despondent male but were stood down enroute.
